Could you be more specific as to your upper trend? What were your unweighted/weighted for each of second semester sophomore yr and first/second semester of junior yr? Those matter the most.

My impression is that USC is not as numbers based as a lot of other schools of its caliber, so that works in your favor.

ur sats should somewhat offset your low gpa and ur ec's seem fine..i'd say you have legitmate chance..but i'm sorry to say your sat II score in math IC is pretty much worthless

nguyen1025,

Is it worthless because of the fact that I took MathIC or because of the fact that USC doesn;t require satii subject tests?

sfgiants,

i went from about an 84-85uw gpa in my sophmore year to a 93-94uw gpa in my junior year. And I have about a 92-93 uw gpa so far this year.

worthless because you took the MATH I, because most schools don't even look at the MATH I score, and where USC says they don't require sat ii scores they might as well say they do because they do factor quite a bit in admissions

I think you have a decent shot. The fact that you go to a very competitive school could work in your favor.

i'm from central jersey...any chance you go to a school near me...i'm at jp stevens ??
