do i stand a chance??

Hello, I am a student who came from south korea about 2 years ago.
It took me a while to get used to the different american language and culture :-)
I am currently a rising junior.
I am not in the most prestigious school, because of my current situation as a international student, and because of the residence of my relative
(I am in America away from my family; I currently live with my aunt)

First of all, I had to study very, very hard to not take the ESL class at all.

GPA : 4.0 (Unweighted)
Class rank : 3/486

AP classes that i have taken, or classes that i am planning to take over my high school career: AP World History, AP Calculus AB, AP Calculus BC, AP Chemistry, AP Biology, AP US History, AP English Composition, AP Literature, AP Statistics, AP Physics BC, AP French
(I plan to get a 5 for all of the AP exams)

Clubs: Debate Club('09,'10,'11,'12), Student Council('09,'10,'11,'12), Science Olympiad('09,'10,'11,'12), Robotics('10,'11,'12), Outreach('10,'11,'12), AMC(i made it:'11,'12), Science Bowl(I made it:'11,'12)

Leadership positions : Secretary for Sophomore('10), and junior('11) classes [student council], Secretary for debate club('10,'11), Secretary for Science Olympiad('10), President for Science Olympiad('11), VP for Robotics('11), Secretary for Outreach('10,'11), President for AMC('11), President for Science Bowl('11)
{the leadership positions of 2012 not listed}

SAT: I'm targeting a score of 2250-2300

extracurricular activities: various awards from different competition including model un, science olympiad, etc. Volunteer abroad in Ethiopia ('11), various awards from state/national art competitions, SVSM(summer ventures of science and math-NC : '11)

Some of the info above is a premonition that i am striving to accomplish. If that is the case, what chance do i have among thousands of applicants?

Your leadership and volunteering abroad are impressive! I have to be honest though: being an international student really doesn’t help. There is a fairly small allotment for international students (while it isn’t an exact number, it’s a small percent) and getting aid as an international is even harder.
