<p>Yes. The transcript is usually sent along with the Secondary School Report. You have to write the address of each college on an envelope, and give the stamped envelopes with the Secondary School Report to your counselor. He/she will then fill out the report, attach a rec and your transcript, and send them off to the colleges.</p>
<p>Some schools submit the school forms and transcripts online. You need to check with your counselor to see whether you need to provide envelopes.</p>
