I ask my question, but do they transfer?
I go to CSULB and I was wondering if I take an online course this summer from some school will it transfer?
It might not be from a CC but an online college.
Check the transfer policies of your college.
Normally, courses at accredited colleges are eligible for at least elective credit and full credit if there’s a articulation agreement or similar course descriptions.
Also check with your adviser. Some colleges (or departments within colleges) restrict the number or type of courses an enrolled student can take at another institution.
You should also check into accreditation. Generally, regionally accredited programs transfer more easily than nationally accredited programs, but it differs from school to school.
Normally they do, but still check your Student Counselor for further assistance.
