Do Pre-Boards/Boards matter?

Maybe. I don’t know. Did you submit at least one transcript for 12th standard??
I think that is necessary for admission to most colleges!!

nope…I get my stuff only after admit week:)

How is that possible? Are you telling me that you haven’t written a single exam in the whole of 12th - for which you should have gotten a report/marks card/transcript??

What board does your school follow??

nope…I am not saying that…just that we get our midyear card only with the final year card.
and my school follows CBSE

^ Weird system. But lucky you!! :)

Quickfox, something similar happens with the midterm report thingie to my friends school as well, so it’s completely normal

Also, answer to the post-
Both of them matter equally.
Preboards matter more for the US; boards score doesn’t matter much(taking strictly in reference to the US admissions).

For Canada- Pre boards are verryyyyy important and they hve you conditional admissions based on that. If you don’t get the particular previously mentioned score in boards, your admission offer is declined.

Hey ,do scores of 11 matter

Duh^^^not being rude** They are VERY important

11 scores are really really important.
12’s scores are adequately important. however, boards dont matter much coz you already get your college admission offer of US unis, and they dont rescind unless you flunked school.
