Do they look at your application right away?

<p>A school I'm applying to has a regular decision deadline of January 1. However, my school wants all our things to be submitted in by November 15. If I submit my application before November 15 and they receive it, do they look at my application right away or do they wait until January 1 to look at it? I'm just worried 'cause I'm taking the December SATs.</p>

<p>It depends on whether the school has rolling admissions or not. If they do not have rolling admissions, then your application will usually not be reviewed until after the deadline.</p>

<p>Why are you worried? So you take Dec SATs and the scores go in afterward. So what? You think that they read your app in November, see that some scores are missing and then shred your file because you’re SO irresponsible?</p>

<p>On the CommonApp it also asks for future dates you plan on taking it. So if you put December on there, it should notify them of that, so you should be fine :)</p>

<p>I’m sending in my Oct. scores along with the application…so, that’s why I was wondering.</p>
