^^^^^^^^^^^

Only if you were randomly selected to do so back in January.

ARE YOU SERIOUS? I haven't gotten anything in January.....

then no. you don't need proof

no unless you put some obscene amount like 900

krap, how u know it is exactly in the month of January? Did you get one ? Is that how u know ?

Bumpppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppp

I guy I know had to fill out the form. Don't worry about it if you didn't receive anything.

I think the UCs just chose some random people to check.

where are you ethics?????You want to lie about community service? I bet you also want to put blood drive on ur college app.

LOL, I hope I don't get picked, not because I lied, but because, well it might be hard to get signatures from a guy in jail. (My boss was an idiot)

lol, i don't think they're mailing anymore of those (i was randomly selected too..yay :) ) and the deadline to turn it in is Jan. 31st

I wish they asked me to verify...

I'm desperate for any mail from the UC System... at least they'd aknowledge my existence :)

stressedOut...did u get any email about scholarship opportunities though? i know that riverside and cal sent them out

No

1) I'm an OOS
2) I didn't apply to Cal or Riverside, just LA, SD, I, SB

I don't think it's always an issue of ethics, but as previous posters pointed out, actually verifying the hours worked. Many community service projects are going to be somewhat difficult to verify, even if they were done in the manner the applicant specifies.
