Hello guys :)
So in high school I did this thing called senior buddy, where we would help freshmen adjust to highschool. I never got the forms signed by the teacher who coordinates it, because I really didnt want it to count towards the 40 hours we need for graduation (we have to write 2 essays for each form we turn in, it discourages students from turning in their forms which = less work for coordinator)
Anyways, last week she went on maternity leave, and she was the only coordinator in charge. So my question is -- how do the UC's check for community service? Do they check through the school or is this one through spot check.
Im also afraid she wont sign it, because I heard she refused to sign off most peoples because they only did 4/5 events or something stupid like that. Should i just leave it off my application even though I actually did it?

UC randomly audits ~10% of all applications. If selected for review, they’ll ask for supporting documentation for almost everything on your app, including ECs. Your supervisor could write a letter when she returns from maternity leave.
