Do we declare our major after we get into Stern or before?

<p>Plenty of time. Use all of the time that you need. By seeing the requirements you can plan ahead accordingly. Don't stress yourself. It will happen and you will be confident when you make the choice.</p>

<p>Nope. Completed undergrad and had to navigate many options along the way however.</p>

<p>You can declare your major any time you're a student at Stern (though most do it before their junior year). There is a form you can fill out in advising, or one online. The one on the application doesn't really count, although I advise against putting down finance, just in case, because Stern already has too many of those.</p>
