Do we get more Financial Aid if we have a sibling in college?

Anyone else need to submit documents to Berkeley Financial Aid office? It says I need to submit this document:

College Enrollment Verification

"The number of family members in college affects your financial aid eligibility. This form will serve as documentation for all family members who will be attending college in 2009-10."

First problem is, did they mean 2010-2011? Why does it matter where my sibling went this year (09-10)? He's in CC right now but will attend UCLA next year. And then in the form it says "grade level" from 01-09....what the hell does that mean?

yes! you get more money if ur sibling is in college, but i dont know how much more

you can play around with the numbers here if you want
