<p>According to Berkeley they did not take into consideration that I will have both a brother and a sister attending UC's next year when determining my financial aid, and that they require that I submit that information.</p>
<p>The preliminary financial aid offer is about 2k less than LA and SD's so it's going to cost relatively the same to go to all 3.</p>
<p>My main question is whether or not LA and SD need this information as well. I indicated that I would have a brother and sister attending college next year on the FAFSA i filled out so why would Berkeley not have that info when SD and LA would? </p>
<p>I didn't receive much financial aid from any of the schools (4k Regents to SD, $3500 to LA) so it seems possible that they didn't take the fact that my siblings will also be attending UC's next fall, which would raise my need for aid.</p>
<p>any help would be appreciated</p>
