<p>So the Car bill said the due date is by Aug. 15th but my financial aid is not confirmed yet.
And our familly doesnt have that much money.</p>

Can i pay late? like when i get my grants and loans?

<p>You can pay late with a very nominal fee (40 dollars, was it?). No biggie. Anyway, financial aid should be dispersed by the due date. I was worried about that too but I just got my aid awards this week in increments.</p>
<p>don’t worry much about the 15th deadline, they actually give you some leeway before charging a late fee</p>
<p>of course, you can choose to use the deferred payment plan</p>

<p>If you have any questions about the late fee, call CARS. There is not a long wait to get through to them and they will be able to answer the question for you.</p>

<p>yeah I called the financial aid office about this a couple weeks ago and they said you get 30 days before the late fee.</p>
<p>PS: CALLING THEM IS HELL! I HAD TO WAIT FOR 15 CALLERS BEFORE THEY GOT TO ME. But I guess that is to be expected from any big school lol</p>
