Do we need to send in tax forms with the noncustodial profile waiver?

I checked all my college sites and they were all unclear about what to send with the waiver. Do I just send the waiver and wait for them to contact me about the additional documents? Or do I send everything all at once?
Thanks!

Your question is not clear… they seem like two separate things.

If you are wondering where to send the request to have the non-custodial CSS Profile requirement waived and the web site is not clear, call or email the financial aid office at each school to confirm where to send it. Odds are good that you will just send it to the Financial Aid office at the school, though (and they likely have the address out on the Financial Aid website for this).

This is unrelated to sending in the tax returns for the custodial parent, though. Pretty much all colleges require those, and you need to provide them however they have requested them. This varies by college; a few colleges use something called IDOC where you essentially put a scanned copy of the forms in, and the colleges on IDOC can all get at them. Other colleges want them faxed or mailed.

If you do mail them and they all go to the same address, then there is no reason the waiver and the tax returns could not go in the same envelope. However, if the tax returns are not ready yet, I would get the waiver into their hands as soon as possible so they can consider your waiver request (send the tax returns separately when they are ready).

I’m sorry that my question is unclear, I’m just really confused about this process
I’m basically asking if I’m expected to
A) send in my custodial parent’s tax forms, along with my personal statements, with my noncustodial parent profile waiver, or
B) if colleges initially just want the noncustodial parent profile waiver first, and then contact me about sending in more information
