<p>No, you don’t need a title, and you should only mention which prompt you’ve chosen if they offer multiple prompts and ask you to say which one you’re writing on.</p>

<p>If the prompt is simply a question, then you can consider it.</p>

<p>Otherwise, titling it something derived from the prompt is always good (links you to the prompt without having to repeat it)</p>
