Do you have any tips on doing interviews through Skype?
Make sure you iron out any technical details in advance. Check the background and lighting. Wear what you would normally wear for an in-person interview. As with all interviews, remember that it’s a conversation & don’t expect to simply answer questions. Be prepared with questions of your own. Enjoy!
Also, keep your phone with the school’s phone number near by… You might need to call them if there is no call within 20 min and ask if there were any tech issues (happened twice this year)…
Since its a skype interview you can keep a paper/whiteboard with bullets points beside your computer… Write down the things you want to mention to the AO (i.e. I do these sports, I spend my time doing… community service…blah…blah)… Even if it may seem obvious but note it down… You forget things in the actual interview and then you have regrets… Also if you didn’t go over something but the interview is ending don’t be nervous/awkward and tell the AO (like ‘Oh, I also do this in my free time…and blah’)…
Biggest tip: Be natural… its a conversation rather than an interview… Good Luck 
P.S. Despite what other post might say, don’t wear your pjs… Even if only the top part of your outfit is visible… if you accidentally have to stand up… Well… This accidentally happened to my friend and she gave to AO a full view of her neon orange sponge bob PJS… it was a wonderful ice breaker

Make sure that family pets are secured in another room and that everyone in your family knows to be quiet during your interview time.
