because I always finish just in time and barely have any time to go over again. But do you 650+ scorers have time to actually go over the section again?

well.. when i did the questions the first time i answered by skimming the reading, then i went back and went over em again

like after you finish everything and check answers

of course not. I barely finish. but I did get 650+

Going over the questions is perhaps one of the things u should try to avoid because sometimes u can change an answer from a right one to a wrong one and most of the time u would be too rushed to do anything anyways after u finish....i mean a one minute break wont hurt u :)

I almost always have a couple minutes at the end (unless I'm really dithering over one hard question). I never really know what to do with that extra time, though. Re-reading the passages never makes anything any clearer, since I carefully & thoroughly read them the first time through. And upon going over the questions again, I remain just as indecisive over the ones I had trouble with.

Oh, and I'm definitely a 650+ scorer, but I rarely can hit that 800 when I practice.

I've been scoring around 700-750, and I usually have a minute or so to go over the questions that I wasn't too sure on.

Haha, I always finish just on time.

same here, practice improving reading/comprehension speed

mm .. i always somehow get 1-2 minutes left .. even though I read really slow. I guess its because I answer the questions rather quickly. When I read, I really pay attention to the detail and do annotations like underlining the adjectives which preps me for questions like what is the tone or how he/she feels towards this and other itsy bitsy annotations .. << max efficienccy strategy ..

p.s. referring back the passage means that you didn't read carefully enough, althuogh i guess its a good idea to verify your answer. do what works best for you

I hardly ever finish on time. I always have like 5 questions left over :(
I must be doing something awfully wrong....The reading passages take so long to read... ><
