Do you have to report AP scores?

<p>Hey all im a person in Berkeley City College who is about to submit TAG for UC Davis, and apply for the other colleges in November.
While I was filling out my TAG, they asked me for my AP scores.
So my question is.. Do I have to give them my AP scores? i think i took about 3-4 tests when I was in high school, but i did HORRIBLYYYYYY on all of them. + i dont think i even remember the exact scores/exams.
This is a question for TAG and regular applications.</p>

<p>Also: i heard extracurriculars don't matter as much? What about volunteer jobs? and employment?</p>

<p>Not unless you want to finish college at UCD quickly.
AP courses are just for credit. They are not, for example, the SAT, which is actually a major factor in.college admissions.
So even if you did do “horrible” like you said, you don’t need to let them know that
Just submit your city college grades and SAT scores, and you’ll be fine
Good luck!</p>

<p>hi thanks for the quick reply.
But i actually want to take those classes at the UC.
Hmm… can I actually get some confirmation for not having to turn in AP grades?</p>

<p>You don’t need to submit AP scores.</p>

<p>You do not have to report your AP scores. You would only have to report them if you were planning on using them to clear pre-reqs or gain subject credit. Since you say you did horribly I’m assuming you didn’t earn any passing scores which renders them useless anyways. Just apply and don’t mention them on the application.</p>
