I know, stupid question, but I'm curious. I get in these moods where I just have to bake. I just made these cookie bar things.

The idea of cooking is enticing, but I never get around to actually do it.

No. I don't like to cook. It is a frustrating activity requiring the strict following of instructions and no thought.

i HATE HATE cooking... i hate it...despise it. my mom is trying to make me to but i make up an excuse and leave the house

jaimeaastorga2000 I never follow directions. Most of the stuff I make I've made up. lol

I like cooking but I'm so bad at it lol.

I like to cook...in the past I used to invent my own desserts (like a dual layer pie - lemon meringue and key lime lol)

Yup. I love cooking Potstickers and xiao long bao.

Then again, those are the only things I know how to make, and they take all day to make from scratch.

^ Oh that sounds so good.

I need to find a good kolaches recipe. My grandma messed ours up so we can't tell what we're actually suppose to do.

I like to cook easy dishes-I'm not half bad. My real forte is, like you, baking. I make very good icing, cookies, and brownies :P

YES! It's really fun when you make something up yourself from scratch rather than following a recipe.

Plus, girls love a guy that can cook ;)

I burn spam, and I scramble eggs (they weren't supposed to be scrambled...)

^ Pyroza It's true. I must attest for this.

Wait...people actually eat spam?

There's a recipe that my great grandma used to make with spam. It consisted of spam in a sauce (forget what kind) that you would put on toast. It is delicious and extremely cheap to make

Spam is the best thing after bacon...

I'd love to be able to cook. But my mom isn't much of a cook and never taught me, and I never really expressed an interest. Now, our kitchen isn't in the best state to learn to cook.. But I'd really really love to learn.

yeah..i like to cook, mainly stir frys, and italian food. yummm:)

I love to cook, but I dread the clean-up afterwards.

I'm chinese and it's fun to cook. you can get really creative with your ingredients you want to stir-fry.

For example, you can put whatever you want in your fried rice. who wouldn't want that? :)

I enjoy cooking, but my real culinary passion is baking. It's what I do when I'm depressed and I'm the go-to person for baked goods for fundraisers at my school.

My brother on the other hand... is an amazing chef without any classes or anything.
