<p>Hey! Do you think I could get into the schools listed below with this?
My grades are
4.2 GPA Freshman year with all Honers classes except for a Latin 1 class (my school doesn't offer honors for Latin) and no AP classes
4.5 GPA Sophomore year with all Honors classes except for 1 AP class and a Latin 2 class (World History)
Guessing about 4.3 GPA for this year (Junior year) with 4 Honors classes, 3 AP classes consisting of AP U.S. History, AP U.S. Government and Politics, and AP European History, and Latin 3.
I got a 180 on my PSAT (so maybe a little bit more on the SAT equivalent score)
Extracurricular-activities:
I interned for my newly-elected senator over my summer after Freshman year
I took part in raising some money so we could go on a 3 day field trip to see a play
I have many hours of community service at my local hospital
I have a job
I am involved in a leadership/policy group (kinda like student council- but more oriented to making policy decisions toward the school, instead of raising and organizing)
Other things:
I play guitar
My parents are deaf, so I am bi-lingual (for ASL) and I have grown up within the deaf community
I am a very..... I'm one of those kids that love politics and will start up a conversation (or argument) often.
I'm a pretty good writer (college essay)
My guidance counselor loves me and looks at me like a protege
My family is quite poor so I'm shooting for colleges that will pay for me
