<p>Hi i am currently an incoming junior in highschool and I realllllyyyy want to go to MIT.
Here are my credentials
-3.9 gpa unweighted
- two B's in english
- one B in world civilzations
-4.4 gpa weighted (would have been higher but i wasnt in all honors in lower years)
- havent taken the SAT yet but i plan on getting a 2300 (high) to 2400. I have taken practice tests and never scored below a 2150
- havent taken the act yet but plan on getting 31-36
- 238 psat
- 780 on chem sat (plan on taking physics as well)
- plan on getting high on math 2 (780 at least)
- school doesnt have class rank
- national honor society president
- spanish honor society president
- gonna take around 7 AP's and i plan on getting 4s or 5s (mostly 5s)
- secretary of class
- leadership positions in two clubs
- cross country/ track team all seasons of highschool (probably around 4 varsity letters)
- indian (yeah i know HUGE BLOW)
- dad went to MIT (yeah i know they dont consider legacy)
- i will have the same math teacher all 4 years so i think i will have a pretty strong rec letter from her (not sure of the other)
- involved in starting a community garden in my town (im very into being green)</p>
<p>this is all that comes to mind at the moment
i know there are a lot of hypothetical situations here but if they were to occur what do you think my chances are?</p>
