Do You Think I Have a Shot?

I'm really worried because I really really really want to get into Binghamton but I'm afraid that I'm not going to get in because of my academic side. However, I do come from a very difficult high school (one of the top 20 in the country) so I understand they weigh that a lot. Here are my general stats:

GPA: 2.3
ACT: 27 (I'm only applying with ACT because my SATs were bad)
SAT IIs:
-US History: 600
-Literature: 630
APs:
-AP American History: 3
-AP Psychology (have yet to take exam, will already be in college then)
Language: French for 7 years, 96 on Regents
Major: Education in French or Theatre (definitely Education, not sure which yet)
Minor: Theatre

Extracurriculars:
-Have done theatre since I was in third grade
--> been in every musical while in high school, plus a play
-Audition Only Madrigal Choir for two years
-Co-President of AIDS Awareness
-Co-President and founder of club for Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation
-Work for school district theatre productions, stage managing
-Babysitting

I live in NY. My general grades are very good, my GPA is only poor due to at least one class a year that I do poorly in. Basically one one class that brings my GPA down.

Do you think I have a chance at getting in?

Honestly, no, I don’t think you have a chance.

My daughter has a 30 ACT, a 3.7 UW in an IB program and I don’t think she has a chance because she’s instate, as are you, Binghamton was very clear in being tough on in-state students.
