Do you think its easier to get into some schools if you live in puerto rico?

<p>Ive lived here for 3 years (im from new york) and i realized that virtually no one here is applying to schools outside of PR. Since colleges arent going to get a lot of applicants from PR do you think it makes it a little bit easier?</p>
