So i was accepted with a 30 ACT and 3.33 UW GPA but recently my GPA has fallen to a 2.33. Do you think my admissions will be revoked?

My reason for the GPA fall is medical issues but I haven't reported that to Miami or anything yet.

I don’t know about UMiami, but I do know of students who have had their admissions revoked at highly selective schools. If there are D’s and F’s where there once were A’s and B’s, it could be an issue. If the reason, indeed, is a health complication I would ask your Guidance Counselor to send a letter of explanation to accompany your final transcript.

Do it sooner than later. A good explanation can save your spot. While most school do not want to rescind applications they also need a good motive to keep a student whose GPA has fallen below a B. Be upfront and honest and you should be ok.
