<p>In a word, no. Grad school and undergrad admissions are run completely differently and by very different parts of the school. When you apply to grad school you apply directly to the department in which you are interested. They would have no knowledge of the fact that you decided not to got there for undergrad.</p>
<p>In addition, graduate schools (master’s/PhD) are usually not very concerned with yield. They are happy to admit you even if they know you won’t come. (Note this is not true for most types of professional school.)</p>
