I know they do, but is it just the number of 5's, 4's, 3's, 2's, and 1's in the class or do they know what each person got individually?

They get everyone's grades.

So they know what each individual student got?

Yes, they do, at least at my school. Why? Do you not want them to?

I don't know...I'm scared about getting lower than 4's. Then they might not want to write reccomendations or whatever.

^Same. So lets hope we got 5's.

^Yep. Lol.

At our high school, a score of 4 or 5 on the APUSH test raises your grade by one point. The teacher is a notoriously tough grader, so it really helps out the GPA, as well as gives the students added incentive to score well. They have to bring their score and a grade-change application to him on the fall in order to make the adjustment. Personally, I wish he would just grade more reasonably in the first place!

My APUSH teacher does the same thing. I emailed him as soon as I got my grade (5) the other day - so he'll change my A- to an A.

Do they get section breakdowns of each student? Our teacher was saying something about how students always did poorly on say, the equation-writing section of the AP Chem exam as a whole, so in the following years he did a several day lecture specifically tailored to that section...

I dont think they get section breakdowns for each student. I know for a fact that they get section/topic breakdowns for the class as a whole.

My APUSH teacher last year told me I got "2 questions away from a 5"...but I think he was full of B.S.
