Have any of you had any experience with a DoDMERB Rebuttal. If so, how did it go?

rebutted flat feet twice. denied both times, but i did get a waiver. my advice: go get another expert opinion.

Our son questioned the results of his eye exam- had an independent exam done, which came up normal, however it was never changed on DoDMERB. This year, the eye waiver is not needed for his vision range. Go figure.

I was disqualified by DoDMERB last year for instability of ankle (ankle sprain from soccer) and skin eczema/dermatitis after age 8 (light skin rash from hockey equipment). When I was medically disqualified, I didn't do anything at first because I didn't know it could be done. But year later, I restarted my appplication to USNA and rebutted those with two short doctor statements. It isn't that difficult, but it still takes time and extra mailings.

Yeah, I was dq'd for eczema as well, but I never actually had it .. long story.

I got a statement from a dermatologist that said I did not have eczema, and I am waiting for the results now.
