Haha thanks. I have posted there but the problem is, he wont really respond unless you put your full name and ssn. I havent applied yet so i dont know how that would really help. But other than that i have yet to receive a straight answer. But thanks!

Hey! OK so I basically had the same exact thing that you did. The summer before I started applying I went to my university doctor to see if I could be prescribed zoloft because I had had an extremely stressful semester. Well...the next semester when I submitted all of my medical stuff, the fact that I was prescribed Zoloft was on the records and I was disqualified after I sent everything in. Needless to say I was extremely mad, but the head review person said to send in anything that I had not included in my initial records i.e. any new development, an explanation, psychiatric reviews, etc. So what I did is that I went to my doctor to basically write up that I was perfectly fine, I do not have an actual HISTORY of anxiety disorders (this is what they labeled me as), I had just had an unusually extremely stressful semester due to certain circumstances, and he referred me to my campus certified psychologist who did an evaluation and determined I had neither had depression or am probably prone to anxiety. Gathered all of the letters, mailed it in, and just last week my status changed to QUALIFIED. so it's not impossible, however if you actually do have a HISTORY of constant anxiety disorders than you might be in trouble. but if it was like a once in a lifetime incident you can definitely fight it with the proper document and references. I would definitely say that your dad leaving for Iraq is something to be stressed over and as long as that's in the follow up thing, they should understand.
Best of Luck!

Thanks so much tennisfan88! Your post really helped. I will definately get a letter from my doctor seeing as it was just a short period in time.
Thanks again!
