<p>In that case, you’ll play volleyball, meet some new friends, play volleyball, learn some techniques, play volleyball, tour the campus on your free time, and play a little volleyball too.</p>

<p>^^ haha. I played volleyball in high school, and what usually happened at the camps were playing volleyball games, doing volleyball drills and learning new techniques. We would also do conditioning, such as running laps, working out with weights or doing cardio things, and doing push-ups and sit ups. Fridays would be easy days where you just play an easy volleyball game or something like that. The coaches also partnered up the upperclassmen with underclassmen to help them improve and learn more about high school and getting better at volleyball. Hope that helps.</p>
