Volleyball!

Hallo! Everyone and their mother seems to be posting sports threads. I wanted to see how many of you are volleyball players?

Do you play club? School? What level? How long? Position?

I've played 3 years, 3 seasons of school and 3 seasons of club. I've played Modified and JV, and U14 and U16. I am a setter! I love setting, I don't know if I could do anything else. <3

Haha. I'm really bad at volleyball, but here goes:

school level ! <- i suck, no need to remind me ;)
2 years.
um.. well, my school isn't really a great volleyball school, but i'm always at the back (bumper?), haha. i love serving, but i CANNOT set for my life. oh dear god, i swear it's painful to watch, too (i react like 2 seconds too late. haha)

i do piano too, and since i'm sort of clumsy, i have a tendency to bruise my fingers, so my mom doesn't like my volleyball participation too much.. xD

You'd be a defensive specialist. You're applying next year, so for resume/application, say your a DS or libero, it's more impressive, haha.

I play for my school's team for 2 years, but I'm thinking that I probobly won't be able to play this year...I'm involved in lots of clubs, as well as rugby, tennis, and squash...

Any other boy's volleyball players?

Aaah, boy's volleyball. So much fun to watch, little to no opportunities around here.

BOYS VOLLEYBALL!
represent SOCAL.!

i play as the spiker guy 2v2 beach volleyball here!

I LOVE VOLLEYBALL!
4 years (:
only school teams, not really any chances to join clubs where i am.
was a setter, but i played outside hitter this year.
I love all positions but especially setter, but just playing volleyball is good enough for me (:

I play at St. Andrew's and this year was the first time i'd played in a while, so i was on thirds. It is so much fun! I'll definitely be doing it next year.

If you love volleyball, I love you!
I'm trying to convince my mom to build a beach volleyball court in our backyard. We have a basketball court, fake deer for bow-shooting, and targets for his rifles. Where's my outdoor fun? ;)

Volley = love.

I think playing a sport in an academically oriented environment would be a very refreshing experience.

I like the fact that boarding schools place emphasis on many aspects of an education- academic, athletic, personal, artistic, etc.
So I can be a kickbutt student and be recognized for it, and yet a kickbutt volleyball player too. I can only hope, haha.

weakside hitter- im left handed.
(: school jv
