Does anyone else have issues with transcript and secondary school report?

My guidance office tells me that they had sent my transcript long ago (before I had actually applied, not sure if this is the reason why), but when I check my application status, it tells me that:

Undergraduate Admissions (2012 Fall) :Incomplete/Items Outstanding
Your application is incomplete. The following documents are needed to complete your file.

High School Transcript 1
Tulane Secondary Sch Report

Has this happened to anyone else? If no one responds to this, I'll e-mail them and ask what's up.

Definitely ask them what is up. What sometimes happens is that two files get created (not sure why, either typos or two people working on documents at the same time or something) and only by you inquiring will that get resolved in a timely fashion.

Yes. That happened to my DS (they created 2 folders). It took a call or 2 before they figured that out, but they fixed it, accepted him and he is a happy second semester Tulane senior.

I had major issues with this. My counselor sent the transcript via SENDedu and the Sec. Sch. Report via mail - the school report never arrived. So she just recently sent another school report via SENDedu this time. Hopefully it works this time!

make sure your counselor sent his/her recommendation since the same thing happened to me and it was because my counselor rec was never sent

Mine sent the entire thing, I think. Here’s my guess: my counselor sent the transcript via SENDedu and the school report via mail. Based on what everyone else is saying they most likely created two separate files for me. My counselor sent another school report this time via SENDedu so hopefully it’ll match up with the file that has the transcript…? Then what’ll happen to the file with my other school report? Will it just go away?
