i need to improve my calculus grade, and at least do some of my hw for my other classes...i have a feeling this is going to be a looonnngggg year

I used to have the third highest score in my math class, but a recent test changed my grade from a 95 to an 87%. I only got a C! I seriously hate classes with pretty much a 90% weight.

DUUUUUDE
I just aced a Spanish quiz. Brings my grade up from a B- to a B+ and this week I've been participating a lot more (our teacher weighs participation in as 25% of our grade). I actually think I have a shot at getting an A in this class...

Definitely. I was fine in the beginning of the year, but then my AP Chemistry grade went down to a C+ due to one test, and my honors precalc assessments didn't go so hot. I'm not sure what to do now. I'm falling behind at the worst possible time.

I am doing terribly in English (not that I've ever gotten higher than a B for any quarter or C+ first quarter before), but I am just aiming for a B+. I have summer reading tomorrow and I actually read the books, so that may work out well. But right now, I'm posting on CC instead of writing an essay.

Honors American Lit is linked up with APUSH at my school. I slack off in that class, and thus, I have a B in the former, and barely an A- in the latter (the grades of the two are separated).

My AP Physics grade is probably around an A-.

98% in IB-prep english 9
100% in Kinesthetics for Life (lol... gym req)
95% in IB-prep geography 9 86% in IB-SL math studies
96% in biology H
99.5% in spanish III

I bombed my first calc test because I was feeling so sick. My nose was dripping the whole time and I couldn't concentrate.

In English, we hardly get any homework or anything to improve our grades. We've had 4 SUPER HARD vocab quizzes. I did bad on the first, a little better on the 2nd and aced the next 2. So my grade is like an 85.

AP Econ, I have done well in everything but on our test I got an 81 so my grade is probably around 85 as well.

Whenever kids are like "OMG Why are you upset over a B?"

I think about how can these kids be content with C's and D's? But then I think about how their parents brought them up. For some people, just passing is adequate.

The perfect combination would be to have parents who raised me to have good study habits and such so that I am only content with A's but then at the same time they don't get mad when I don't. So much stress relieved right there.

Algebra 2 Honors: 87% B+ (I got a C+ on a test today..need to get this up)
Science Research Honors: 97% A+
US History Regular: 97% A+
Chemistry Honors: 94% A
Spanish Honors: 88% B+ (participation plays a big role in our grade, and with that I probably have an A-)
English Honors: 95% A
Physical Education (yes, actually factored into our GPA): 100% A+

Ugh..I really want straight A's this marking period. It's only half over, hopefully I have time to kick it up a notch.

AP English Lit- 91 B
AP Stats- 90 B
AP Psych- 104 A
AP Music Theory- 98 A
AP Biology- 100 A
Band- 100 A

I can probably get my stats grade up, since it's really easy compared to BC Calc last year (I just bombed the first test), but even though my english grade is closer to an A (92.5), it'll probably start falling slowly into the 87-88 range.
