Does anyone need a cheap place to stay over the summer term?

I need someone to take over my lease for the summer term because I don't see any rational reason to pay $485 a month if I won't even be here. I live on Campus Crossing @ Alafaya. Like I said, the rent is $485 a month- probably the cheapest place you will find around here. It's like a minute away from UCF. The shuttle buses comes around every 15 minutes, so you don't have to worry about not getting a ride on-campus.

We've had several problems with this place regarding leaks, fridge wasn't working right and all that good stuff, but everything is working fine again. (Honestly I was pretty frustrated with this place when I first moved in, but now that everything is working fine, I have no complaints.) This place is designed as a town home style. There are two floors and 3 people lives upstairs, sharing 2 1/2 bathrooms, while I live downstairs with the bathroom pretty much all to myself. The laundry room is upstairs. I keep my bathroom and room pretty clean, so you won't have to worry about moving into some nasty place.

I'm renewing my contract with them, but I won't be here for summer, so yeahh. Ask me any questions if you're interested x]

Suggestion -
This may not be the safest method to sub-lease your apartment and you may have a problem sub-leasing to someone for the summer without consent from the building manager. You may be better off asking the building manager if he can provide ( for a fee ) tenants for the summer as most leases prohibits sub-leasing an apartment without consent.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I already asked them and they specifically told me to look for someone myself :confused: Everyone I know already has a place to stay or won’t be taking summer courses. I already have to pay a $200 fee to sublease and they won’t even help me look for someone D;

I won’t ‘trick’ anyone into taking over my lease, saying this is the best place to live or whatever tho. I’m not gonna sugarcoat anything- I’ll lay it all out for anyone that has questions.

p.s. No creepers, pls.
