Looking for an off-campus Summer living place?

I'm not sure if this is appropriate or not, so if it get's deleted then I'm sorry! If nothing else, it's a good anecdote about living off campus XD

I'm a 3rd year UF student with a fantastic off-campus apartment that I need to sublease for the summer. It's for the duration of the summer, so May 1 - Aug 10, and is relatively inexpensive compared to on-campus housing (if staying for summer C, the whole summer, having AC and a single room). Two of my roommates were incoming Freshman this last year and they have enjoyed it here. It's almost like living on campus, since it is right across the street from Tigert (on 13th). I usually wake up last minute, so I only end up walking a few minutes to my classes. I love the bus system but I wouldn't want to take it to the 8:30 class I have each morning. Anyways, this is a 5 bedroom apartment, with a huge living room and a fully equipped kitchen. All of the rooms are furnished and the rent includes everything! Cable, internet, water, electric (although there is a per-person limit - not hard to stay under), etc. The staff has always been really nice when I need something and the maintenance guys are great. So yeah... if you're a female looking for a place for the summer, you can email me at mirrorneko07@gmail.com. If you really like the place you can sign with them for the next year too, since I will be moving to a place that is pet-friendly.

only females?

I might be interested if I don’t get on campus housing,

By the way, I’m a transfer student planning to move for summer C.

Summer subleasing is BY FAR a buyers market. I know people who have subleased for like, 100$ a month because the majority of apartments in gainesville sit idle. Some people feel it’s better to get a tiny bit of money back then nothing.
