Does AP US History = US History SATII?

i made some stupid mistakes and should have gotten about 5 right that i actually got wrong

the SAT II is more analytical. It requires you to analyze political cartoons, literature, quotes, and graphs. If you can't do this well, the SATII will be hard for you. There are about 10 + questions like this on the SAT II. Also, the SAT II U.S. History requires that you use not only knowledge, but analyzation skills. While some questions require you to analyze something directly, others are worded in such a manner that you will be screwed if you overlook it. All in all, the tests are very much different.

Is there only multiple choice on the SAT II History?

yes only mc
