On the Brown website it says that results from the November administration may be submitted. However, it says that applicants are strongly urged to complete the tests by the October 10th date. Do you think it is a good idea to send the November scores? Also I got a 2270 in October which is not enough.

Don’t retake a 2270. If you must, and if you get a better score, then yes, send the November scores. Are you applying RD or ED?

I’m applying ED.

It is absolutely not necessary to retake a 2270 SAT score. Honestly, I feel as though retaking it will just show to the AdCom that you’re obsessing over it. Instead of preparing for the November SAT, spend your time working on your essays - they’re going to be much more important than your SAT score anyway.
