Does choice of username matter on Common App?

<p>I need to know if you have to use a proper, neutral username for CommonApp. My username is something with Muffins; do colleges see your sn or does it really not matter? I'm half/half on creating a new account just to be safe. What do you think?</p>

<p>I can’t be sure, but I think they only see your CommonApp ID number and your real name</p>

<p>I don’t know if colleges see the username or not. But, just in case, it may not be a good idea to use the screenname ILOVEHARVARD if you’re applying to other schools. ;)</p>
