Does Cornell allow xbox's on their server? (can we play xbox live)

I heard many colleges across the country block internet connections, preventing people from going on xbox live. It has something to do with "hacking" through an xbox...

I am an avid halo 3 player and would like to continue playing when i get to cornell (although I doubt i will have time LOL)

does anyone know if xbox live is blocked/not blocked there?

I wanna know this too, I play PS3 sometimes.

It’s not blocked.

^omg I knew Big Red was amazing for a variety of reasons. Thanks man. :D

Is it difficult to use Xbox Live occasionally and stay within the 15 GB limit?

xbox live barely takes up any bandwidth.

I’m a freshman at cornell now and I’m trying to connect to the internet on my PS3. All of the connections including the wired ones require you to login somehow, either through the brower or some downloaded thing… How did you connect your xbox without a browser? Also I can get to the login page on the PS3 browser but for some reason when i click login nothing happens… how can i connect? help PLEASE

You have to register your device. I think this is the right page:
[CIT: How to Register a Device without a Browser](IT@Cornell | Services and Support)

thank you youre my new jesus.
No one else could answer the simple question… and I was on that site before so hard to find stuff
