Does Cornell COE send likely letters to females only?

I've trawled these threads, and all the likely letter recipients from College of Engineering seem to be females. Is it a very prevalent trend for Cornell COE to send likely letters to ONLY female engineers, or is it sheer coincidence that all likely letter recipients(COE) with two X chromosomes just happen to be dormant on CC?

On the contrary, College of Arts & Sciences seems to make no such difference. Any male applicant to COE here who received a likely letter?

No. I have a friend who received one. Male. URM

Hehe, let me rephrase that at the risk of sounding terribly racist and misogynistic:

Any Non-URM, Non-Female Likelies?
