Does Cornell still ask people for alumni interviews 2-3 weeks before final decision?

<p>Don’t worry if you are not called. My D was never called & still admitted ED last year.</p>

<p>Cornell alumni have up until November 30th to contact you about an information session (these are not interviews; interviews are only for Hotel and AAP applicants) through the Cornell Alumni Admissions Ambassador Network (CAAAN) program.</p>

<p>As noted above, don’t worry if you’re not contacted. Because of the very quick turnaround time (we’re first getting applicant names to contact), you’re more likely to not receive a contact, especially if you live in an area where there are fewer alumni.</p>

<p>ummm… I applied for the Communication program and was called to see if I wanted an interview. Is that good, bad? I’m not sure…</p>

<p>My son was called for an interview 3 days before ED came out. He met her the night before they posted the decisions. I wouldn’t worry.</p>
