Does dual enrollment harm or help your admission chances?

Hello! I am designing my schedule for summer/fall high school classes. I think I want to attend UF when I graduate in 2018.

I will have a high GPA (3.9 uw / 4.5-ish weighted) and good ECs when I graduate.

Should I do dual enrollment or AP classes to improve my chances of acceptance?

Most colleges like dual enrollment because it tends to be a bit more rigorous than AP.
