So I was wondering if Duke has any preference for the SAT or ACT? I’ve heard some people say that the ACT is often looked down upon when it is submitted in place of the SAT, but I’m not sure about the validity of that statement. Could someone confirm please? Thanks
The college admissions process is already stressful enough. Why would you want to second guess the clear and unambiguous rules and instructions stated by Duke admissions? And why would you believe anyone who claims to have “inside” knowledge about what Duke “really” wants?
