Does everybody get the same SAT version too?!

<p>Is it true that everybody gets the same SAT version throughout the USA? Such was the case for the ACT I took last weekend, apparently. I noticed the kid next to me looking at my paper, but thought karma would eventually take care of everything...</p>

<p>So are the SAT tests all the same (same sections/questions/order)? Other than experimental of course.</p>

<p>If so, why don't they bother doing anything about it? I've noticed quite a few people cheat during the actual test and the proctor is always writing or reading...</p>
