For EA and RD? And how long does the mail take to arrive?
If you live in the U.S., the answer is yes. And when the mail arrives depends on which part of the country you live in. Last year, lot of West Coast (EA) folks did not receive notification until after 12/15. If you read through last year’s EA and RD threads, you will get a pretty good feel for when the letters arrived.
I’m also curious to know the answer for applicants not living in the US.
