I could never get a clear list of the kinds of grad schools GMSP funds and I am set on going to law school for grad… I mean I know winning the scholarship would be good for undergrad but I would like to be able to reap the full benefits if I do become a scholar.
They do not, as I recall.
No. Nor will they fund joint degree programs.
This looks like a good law school program for the needy:

No. If you read the program rules, that is made clear.
The University of Alabama will fund you for law school as a NMF : http://scholarships.ua.edu/nationalscholars/
Same as a Presidential Scholar (high GPA/SAT/ACT): http://scholarships.ua.edu/types/out-of-state.php or http://scholarships.ua.edu/types/in-state.php
Also, there’s money for URM and low income for law school. Go through your granting organization, or if you are native American, go to Graduate Horizons: http://www.graduatehorizons.org/gradschools
Yale, Northwestern, Arizona and AZ State Law are all on the list, along with Harvard Business School. There’s money there for you.
Finally, if you go University of Oklahoma National Scholar, you can use your excess funds for any grad program at OU, including law, dental or MED SCHOOL!

If you get in via the OU program, it’s an automatic admit to their Honors College. If you get the GMS, but were not NMF or NA, call the program up and negotiate; you may well get the scholarship - it’s full ride, includes study abroad and Ipad, and scholarships STACK (which means you might even make money on the deal or have your medical school tuition completely paid for.)
