As you can probably tell from my username, I currently attend a very small middle college high school as a junior. This comes with many perks, like being able to get an AA or AS at graduation on top of having all of my general eds done. However, it comes with some drawbacks. Because of the opportunity to take college classes, the school doesn't offer APs. My unweighted GPA is 3.97, but my weighted is 4.33 and I have taken as many extra courses for GPA boost as I could. My school has been around for about 10 years. As a California school, we have had many students accepted into the best UCs, but not a single student accepted into an Ivy yet, which is my goal. I don't know if this is because of the GPA or that fact that most did not have Associate's. Anyways, that's all context. My question is does having an Associate's Degree (or 2 in my case) have a large impact on college admissions? Also, is my GPA too low for Ivy admissions regardless?

Other qualifications:

-No work experience yet, but I know I will when I fill out admissions
-I got a 201 on a full length practice PSAT (80 on Math), so I think a 2100 is a perfectly attainable goal for my SAT
