Does it look bad to do worse on the SAT when you retake it?

I just took the test, and I'm afraid I missed two math problems. My old math score was 790 and I think I might have gotten worse on this SAT. Will it hurt my chances of admission to UC schools if I did worse on the SAT? (In the math section in particular).

dont worry

i went from 790 to 700 from march to october and ive been told that they will only look at the highest

Will they mix and match?

Example: 700 CR, 780 math, 750 writing
Retake: 770 CR, 700 math, 750 writing

Scores colleges consider: 770 CR, 780 math, 750 writing?

depends on the school, but most of them will combine sittings

unfortunately, UCs do not combine sittings - they take the highest score from one sitting

I have the same question as Hazhulkhen's

ebony is right
