Does it look impressive if you take the SAT/ACT early?

So, I'm a sophomore and as of now, I have pretty much finished all my SAT/ACT testing for high school. I know that students usually don't worry about SAT/ACTs until junior or senior year, but as a sophomore my classes weren't too bad, so I decided to self-study and get as much testing done before my junior year hits and and makes really busy. I took:

SAT II Chinese w/ Listening (November, 9th grade): 780
SAT II Bio E (October, 10th grade): 720
SAT II Math IIC (January, 10th grade): 780
ACT w/ Writing (February, 10th grade): 35 composite

My question is when colleges review your test scores, do they take into account how early you take your tests? Would it make any difference at all, if for example I took all those tests during my senior year and got the same scores? Does it look more impressive if you take the SAT/ACT earlier than most students do, since you haven't taken many higher level classes yet that would help you with the material? Thanks!

The simple answer to this question is no.
I know people who are ready with the material during 9th and 10th grades and decide to take during junior year.

Sorry, no. They don’t look at when you took it, just the scores. You may as well wait and get a better score.

Taking it early doesn’t mean anything. Sorry

Agreed. But look at the bright side, you can retake if you want to! Otherwise you are done! Hooray :)
