<p>As I recall, all admissions is need-blind except international students and admits off of the waitlist</p>

<p>The only thing I would add is that the new President of JHU, Ronald Daniels, has made financial aid his top priority and specifically becoming a completely need-blind school is on his agenda. However, as long as Hopkins works with a financial aid budget we will never say that we are a completely need-blind institution.</p>
