Does law school credits count towards CPA requirements?

Quick question:

In Florida, you are required to have taken 150 hours in order to sit for the CPA exam.

I am currently an accounting student at FSU with a 3.6 GPA and will only have 120 hours (pretty much the minimum) needed to sit for the exam.

I am planning to go to law school and was wondering if the law school hours count towards the requirement?

I figure I can take the CPA exam in the summers off from law school after I've reached the 150 hour requirement. Since I want to go into securities, bankruptcy, and mergers acquisition law, I figure CPA will help me out a bit.

Is the CPA even worth it to get into this sector of law?
