<p>Can't really find that much information on this... my 1st quarter grades aren't terrible but my GPA has definitely dipped in comparison to that of my Junior year. Do any previous ED1 applicants know if NYU requested their first quarter grades?</p>
<p>I’m curious too. I’m going to submit mine because I think I’m going to end this quarter with a good GPA. My quarter doesn’t end until after the deadline, but my guidance counselor said I can still send it in after.

<p>When I applied last year I was told they take them but they don’t really consider them. Take that with a grain of salt though.</p>
<p>My school sent them in anyway even though I didn’t want them too. Luckily I didn’t start serious tanking till 2nd semester :).</p>
<p>When I called, they said that normally, unless they feel the need to request it from you directly, they don’t receive/ look at 1st quarter grades</p>
